Monza Flat

Housed in an elegant building under construction in the historic center of Monza, the apartment has been created from the merger of several residential units. The architectural and interior design project has been completely curated by the architecture Studio bfa-Barbara Fassoni Architects who is responsible for the choice and design of furniture and furnishing accessories, assisted in the design and implementation by the Salvioni design solutions team. The interior spaces are structured on two levels, the first more elegant and refined, designed for the family and the second more playful and convivial, with airy and bright spaces designed to accommodate guests.

First Floor

The living area is dominated by the large Minotti sofa and the Knoll table and separated from the kitchen by a Rimadesio sliding door in bronze mesh. A striking seven-meter corridor, completely covered with a slatted effect boiserie, connects this area with the sleeping area. Blades of recessed led lights illuminate the passage inside, perfectly integrated, hiding the bedroom doors.

The rooms feature bespoke furniture with Poliform wardrobes, Ivano Redaelli beds, Porro desks and Moroso armchairs, perfectly integrated to give each room a unique and personal style. Like a lantern, an opaque stained glass hides the Antonio Lupi bathroom.

Second Floor

The large iron staircase connecting the living area on the first floor with the upper area, curated by the architects Studio bfa-Barbara Fassoni, was embellished with the addition of a Catellani&Smith lamp. The upper area, fresh and airy thanks to the choice of softer colors, includes a series of spaces reserved for relaxation, fitness and guests.

The TV area equipped with a retractable curtain and projector, offers a comfortable and informal Living Divani seat, embellished by the choice of tweed and Prince of Wales fabric coverings. The pride of this floor is the bright veranda, where the convivial space dominated by MDF table and chairs is complemented by the picturesque view offered by an authentic vertical garden combined with outdoor Dedon furnishings, perfect to give the impression of being in a real outdoor garden.
