The DR bathtub, designed for Agape by the Brazilian studio M27 of Marcio Kogan and Mariana Ruzante, is composed of sinuous and unpredictable loops that give it an organic and natural appearance, similar to a jagged coastline. Friendly and welcoming, DR is available in different configurations: it can in fact be presented recessed into the floor, with a highly scenographic effect, or in a self-standing configuration in which the internal Solid Surface basin is covered on the outside with curved wood. It is also available in the DR Cement version, suitable for outdoor environments, which can also be configured in a recessed version that takes the shape of a small swimming pool.

The result of this research is a collection of bathroom furniture and accessories with surprising shapes, which are able to satisfy the eye and create a peculiar and recognizable aesthetic without sacrificing functionality. To do this, the Benedini family, owner of the company, has managed to make use of the collaboration with several important names of international design, such as Patricia Urquiola, Angelo Mangiarotti and Konstantin Grcic.Read more

Marcio Kogan (1962-), founder of the mk27 studio, is an esteemed Brazilian architect active above all in the construction of luxurious private villas and in the field of retail design. His creations, in which the influence of the great tradition of Brazilian modernism is strong, are characterized by the harmonious continuity between the interior spaces and the natural landscape outside, thanks also to the use of large windows that flood the rooms with natural light. . The treatment given to the interiors is also strongly naturalistic, with warm and light woods that soften the rigor of the square lines on which each room is built, its real trademark. All features that are also found in the luxurious furnishings that he has signed for Minotti, both for indoors and outdoors. A native of São Paulo, it is there that most of his projects came to light. He has always been very fascinated by the mono of cinema: in his youth he also had the opportunity to combine his career as an architect with an appreciated activity as a director, which also culminated in the victory of some nationally important awards.Read more
