A sophisticated armchair, capable of attracting with its sinuous lines and the quality of the materials used. Kensaku Oshiro's project stands out for the fluid balance between the parts, organized in harmony to create a beautiful and comfortable continuum. Thin, layered cushions like flower petals give comfort to the seat, acting as a structure at the same time. The compact aesthetic is further accentuated by the backrest and seat in rigid molded polyurethane, with metal insert and padding. Available in high or low version, depending on the taste or need for use. The cushions are in thermoformed ABS with the application of polyurethane foam padding.

Poltrona Frau brings in any kind of environment, from home to office, its characteristic taste for leather-covered furnishings. The company grew out from the intuition of Renzo Frau who, moving in Torino, founded his workshop in the late 19th and 20th centuries. The Piedmont city was the ideal stage for the proposals of the young entrepreneur.
From the beginning, Poltrona Frau furnishings attract the attentions of the bourgeoisie and the Savoy Aristocracy, strongly fascinated by the international taste. The company’s collections embodied the timeless beauty of the Made in Italy design, despite a remarkable stylistic inflection in the Edoardian taste. Kensaku Oshiro
Kensaku Oshiro (1977-) is a Japanese designer active in Milan, where he crowned his studies with a master's in Industrial Design at the Politecnico. He dedicated the first years of his career, starting from 2004, to the collaboration with one of the most important figures in the world of contemporary design: Piero Lissoni. He ends his long experience at Lissoni Associati, in 2012 he moves to London where he has the opportunity to deal with an international context working for another top-class design studio, BarberOsgerby, to then return to Milan in 2015. Now mature, he decides to go on your own, winning the interest of prestigious brands such as Poltrona Frau, Gandia Blasco, De Padova, Kristalia, Arrmet, Mogg, Ligne Roset and many others with its measured and welcoming creations.Read more
