6. Purpose of data processing<\/strong>

\nNEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION<\/em>: the User, by filling in the “subscribe to the newsletter” form with his\/her Data, provides such Data to the Data Controller and consents to their use to receive periodic communications for marketing purposes. Types of personal data: first name, last name, language, nationality, e-mail address
\nAPPLICATION:<\/em> the User, by filling in the “Work with us” form with his\/her Data and attaching any files, provides such Data to the Data Controller and consents to their use to apply by presenting his\/her skills. Types of personal data: name, surname, e-mail address, knowledge of the language, CV.
\nCOOKIES and BROWSING DATA:<\/em> cookies and browsing data are small text strings that a website can send, while browsing, to the User’s device (PC, Notebook, smartphone, tablet…). The same website that transmitted them can read and record cookies that are located on the same device to obtain information of various kinds. 7. Legal basis of the processing<\/strong>

9. Preservation<\/strong>
\nWe point out that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization (pursuant to Article 5 of the GDPR 2016\/679), the retention period of personal data is established in a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed, in any case respecting the times prescribed by law.
\nWhen the processing is based on the User’s consent, the Data Controller may retain the Personal Data for longer until such consent is withdrawn. In addition, the Data Controller may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
\nAt the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiry of this term, the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.<\/p>\n

10. Scope of communication and dissemination<\/strong>

\nThe subjects who collaborate with Salvioni S.p.A. and have access to the personal data provided by customers and collaborators are appointed by the Data Controller with specific appointment as Data Processors, reporting the behavior and security measures that they are obliged to maintain in order to continue the collaboration relationship. If these conditions are not met or are not deemed sufficient by the Data Controller, the Data Controller retains the right to interrupt the current collaboration relationship.<\/p>\n
