Adriano Design

Adriano Design is a design studio founded in Turin in 1997 by brothers Davide (1968–) and Gabriele (1971–) Adriano. The studio has won the prestigious Compasso d’Oro twice: in 2014 for the Takaje Vacuum Seal vacuum containers designed for the brand Facem, and in 2022 for the Fabita cooking system produced by Ordine. Both trained as architects, the two brothers have taught at the Politecnico di Torino and have received numerous additional international accolades, including the iF Product Design Award and the Good Design Award. Many of their designs are connected in various ways to the fields of food and cooking, encompassing coffee machines, stoves, extractor hoods, cooktops, spaghetti servers, chocolate makers, and more. Particularly distinctive is their research into game tables developed in collaboration with the brand Teckell, which has resulted in contemporary design reinterpretations of classic games such as billiards and table football. Among their collaborations in the furniture sector are projects with the brands Giorgetti and De Castelli.
