Antonio Marras (1961-) is an appreciated Italian fashion designer. Born in Sardinia, in Alghero, he has always remained deeply attached to his land, where he continues to live far from the great fashion capitals and from which he draws constant inspiration. Stylist-intellectual, in constant dialogue with the art world, Antonio Marras is also a theater director and author of poems and paintings, in an intellectual and emotional research that does not end on the catwalks. He designed the first collections in 1987, starting from his father's clothing store, and launched his first prêt-à-porter collection dedicated to women in Milan in 1999, immediately obtaining great appreciation. In 2003 he was chosen by the LVMH group as creative director of the Kenzo boutique, a position he held until 2011. He can also count on some exclusive collaborations with the world of design: since 2014 he has designed wallpaper collections for the Wall&Decò brand, while since 2017 he has been collaborating Saba by signing special fabrics and also some furnishings.
