The Tsai Light lamp by Mario Tsai for Cassina is born from a furniture project centered around the simple and evocative forms of brick, which provides inspiration and a significant part of its aesthetic. Brick has always been a symbol of architecture and stability, and here it embodies modularity in its simplest form. The collection it belongs to, called "Unità Luce," includes several tabletop and pendant versions, designed to be combined into multiple elements to create organic and luminous compositions. The frame is made of tempered metal with a transparent or champagne-colored protective finish and integrated LED lights.

From the early ‘30s, Cassina brothers identified the strong demand for home furnishings and interpreted in a far-sighted way the renewed taste of the new emerging classes. From this intuition, Cassina started a real revolution in the indoor furnishings design. Since then, the company has been pursuing a path of research and innovation, involving prestigious designers and architects in the study of new furnishings models.
