Plumeau is a bed designed by Cristina Celestino for Gervasoni. It is a bed with a particularly evocative style, featuring a removable bed frame and completely removable upholstery for easier everyday use. The headboard is made of polyurethane, lined with fabric and mounted on a curved plywood structure. This bed represents the essence of sleeping in harmony with comfort and simplicity, extremely important factors that can determine a good night's sleep and a feeling of being welcomed within your own home. The sense of well-being and comfort is highlighted in the upholstery that completely covers the structure, softening it and making it more pleasing to the eye and touch.

Cristina Celestino (1980-) is one of the young emerging stars of Italian design. Appreciated interior designer, the environments she created are pervaded by a transcendent atmosphere, similar to that of dreams, and have earned her many prestigious awards. Equally successful is that of her as a product designer, with creations that make skillful use of delicate colors and soft shapes, often decorated with geometric motifs with a deliciously retro flavor. An aesthetic conveyed above all through the brand she founded, Attico Design, dedicated to small-scale productions, but also found in the numerous collaborations with major brands such as Gallotti&Radice, cc-tapis, Paola C., Editions Milano, Pianca, Il Fanale and many others. She has a particularly close relationship with the world of fashion, which has led her to create projects for prestigious brands such as Fendi, Sergio Rossi and Luisaviaroma.Read more
