Discocò is a pendant lamp produced by Marset and designed by Christophe Mathieu. The beauty of this model lies in its volumetric structure, composed of several discs layered over one another and joined at the center by thin connecting elements. At first glance, Discocò resembles a flower, a pine cone, or a plant whose leaves extend outward while gently cascading downward. Looking more closely, one can notice a subtle balance of counterweights that interacts with the light—enclosing it while at the same time allowing it to filter through, creating the illusion of multiple elements. Discocò is available in several colors, including grey, beige, black, and white, making it suitable for a variety of settings. Its free and unconventional style fits into many different interiors, becoming a striking visual focal point.
