Collector of the creativity ferments of the new scandinavian design - and not only - Normann Copenhagen is a young and innovative brand. Known for their simple and clean lines, the products of Normann Copenhagen make the most of the essentiality of Nordic design, in which the shape is always intimately linked to the ultimate function of the object. Designed by
KaschKasch
Kaschkasch is a German design studio founded in Cologne in 2011 by Florian Kallus (1983–) and Sebastian Schneider (1985–). Versatile and prolific, their design language favors clean, minimalist forms—products that are easy to place and contextualize, with a reliable commercial appeal. Kallus and Schneider began working together during their university years at the Münster School of Design, and they soon established themselves as one of the studios most appreciated by the furniture and lighting industries. Extreme simplicity is the defining feature of all their creations, which appear in the catalogues of many major German brands such as Müller, Zeitraum, Rolf Benz, Interlübke, Villeroy & Boch, Blomus, Schönbuch, Schramm, and many others. They have also collaborated extensively with international brands, especially in Northern Europe—from the Danish companies HAY, Normann Copenhagen, Audo Copenhagen, and Karl Andersson to Belgium’s Ethnicraft, the Dutch brand Leolux, the Czech company TON, Italy’s Calligaris, and Spain’s Marset.
