Imi Two
Price € 708.00
Playful and entertaining, yet rigorous in its formal choices, Imi is a side table designed by Sebastian Herkner for Pulpo. The structure is made of two-tone ceramic, available in a variety of combinations ranging from subtle to more vibrant, reflecting a fondness for pastel shades as well as black and gold. The Imi collection includes tables of different heights, allowing the piece to be used either on its own or as part of multi-element compositions. The selected color palette is intended to create a sense of balance among the individual pieces, offering the eye a refined interplay of particularly delicate hues. Ideal for living areas, Imi also lends itself well to more diverse settings.

Pulpo was born in Weil am Rhein, Germany in 2006 from the idea of Ursula and Patrick L’hoste to create a brand capable of combining form and material, concept and style in a single strongly connoted solution. The use of natural elements such as ceramics, stone and glass has shaped the heart of Pulpo's production, which is then articulated among numerous objects for the home such as lamps, furnishings and accessories.Read more

Sebastian Herkner
Sebastian Herkner (1981-) is one of the most relevant figures of young contemporary German design. His fresh and innovative approach, deep knowledge of materials and skilful use of bright colours have led him to develop a style of great international appeal. Some of his most famous products leverage on the evocative nuances of coloured glass, such as the Bell coffee table made for ClassiCon and the Oda lamp designed for Pulpo, which have already risen to the status of true icons. Others, such as the chairs designed for Moroso and the outdoor furniture by Dedon, leverage the harmonious play of proportions and delicate curves. All these qualities make Herkner a designer in great demand by the biggest brands around the world: he has also worked for brands such as Wittmann, Emu, Pedrali, Rosenthal, Fritz Hansen, Ligne Roset, Ames, Sancal and many others.Read more
