Flou was born in Meda in 1978 from the idea of the Knight of the Order of Merit for Labour Rosario Messina to make the culture of sleep an authentic personal mission. Pinuccio Borgonovo (1956-) is an Italian designer. Versatile and appreciated designer, he has his roots in the solid industrial culture of Brianza furniture design. After his studies at the Cantù Art Institute, he gained experience at the Research Center of one of the most renowned Italian furniture companies, where he also specializes in the more technical aspects of projects such as the choice of materials and the engineering of prototypes. . Setting up his own business in 1987, he had the opportunity to establish several collaborations with high-level brands such as Flou, Gallotti & Radice, Citterio, Former and Colico.
