The Angie Dining chair is defined by its extremely simple and dry design, yet capable of expressing in its essentiality a way of furnishing based precisely on the balance of aesthetics, planning and function. The Gamfratesi studio designs this element by defining a large wing that completely embraces the structure, becoming both a backrest and armrests. Inside, a soft padding with differentiated foams welcomes the leather or leather bustier made from two different Baydur® molds. The supports on the ground are in die-cast aluminum, ideal for accentuating the contrast with the abundant upper seat. In addition to the chairs, the Angie line consists of armchairs with footrests and a dining armchair.

Minotti was born in 1948 from an intuition of Alberto Minotti. The original artisan dimension of the company changes soon and, starting from the Sixties, assumes industrial personality and dimensions. The next step is due to the children, Renato and Roberto Minotti who, after the untimely death of their father in 1991, take the reins of the company and begin a process of growth and expansion towards international markets. Responsible for the company's strategies, the Minotti brothers share the creative line and the aesthetic principles of the products with the architect Rodolfo Dordoni, who in 1998 was appointed Artistic Director. The concept that best represents Minotti is certainly the ability to innovate in the sign of continuity. Key formula of Minotti identity is the full expression of the concept of "Made in Italy", which today combines tradition and technology in an indissoluble way: the knowledge of the artisans refines a product born from the most modern technologies, while the intelligence of the hands offers sensitivity and emotion to industrial precision.Read more
GamFratesi studio, founded in Copenhagen in 2006, is one of the brightest names in the firmament of contemporary Danish design. It can count on the heritage of two of the greatest national traditions in the history of design: it is in fact made up of the Danish Stine Gam (1975-) and the Italian Enrico Fratesi (1978-). A successful melting pot that has released great creative energies, combining the typical Danish attention to craftsmanship and the importance of a simple and authentic design with the Italian drive for conceptual research and the pursuit of elegance. The duo went through years of profound renewal of the Danish design scene as protagonists, once again the protagonist of the world scene thanks also to their creations. In fact, they led a brand like Gubi to international success through the creation of products already considered “contemporary classics” such as the Beetle chair, as well as working for historic brands such as Fritz Hansen, Fredericia, Louis Poulsen and Hay. In more recent years they have also enjoyed great success with the most famous Italian companies, appearing as protagonists in the catalogs of giants such as Minotti and Poltrona Frau. They have also collaborated with De Padova, Dedon, Gebruder Thonet Vienna, FontanaArte, Porro, Dedon and many other top-tier brands.Read more
