The Hana armchair by Moooi is conceived as a comfortable and welcoming refuge modeled around the shapes of the human body. Its generous curves want to evoke the idea of an embrace in which to take refuge in search of peace and relaxation, getting lost in reading a book or in pure idleness. Its constituent elements are two: a low rounded seat, richly padded, and an enveloping large headrest and backrest. Hana is also available in a simplified version without headrest and takes on a very different character depending on the chosen upholstery (leather or fabric): by opting for the monochromatic it is more suitable for public spaces, but its elementary shapes also invite you to dare and try the gaudy patterns of the Moooi sample collection.
