Albero Bookshelf Coat-Hanger
Price € 1,647.00
A home furnishing proposal that nonetheless adapts easily to a wide range of settings thanks to its originality combined with a strong sense of essential design. Albero is both a bookcase and a coat rack and, when needed, can also serve as a surface for placing small everyday items. It is defined by a minimalist form, composed of simple wooden shelves connected by a metal mesh whose structure recalls that of a tree. The outer branches function as practical hooks for hanging jackets, bags, and more. Albero was designed by Pio & Tito Toso.

In its troubled history full of twists and turns, Pallucco has always been an inexhaustible cauldron of ideas, succeeding in making the most of the wealth of creative energies of whoever approaches it. His production is a melting pot of styles and eras, combining historic cult products of the '80s and '90s, rigorous early twentieth century re-editions and sophisticated contemporary creations, in a unique mix of unrivaled formal quality. Among the flagships of the Pallucco catalog is the famous Fortuny lamp by Mariano Fortuny y Madrazo. Focused mainly on lamps, Pallucco's production also extends to larger furniture and furnishings.Read more
Designed by
Pio & Tito Toso
Pio (1973-) and Tito (1971-) are two brothers who work as architects and designers. Both graduated from the IUAV in Venice, they founded their own studio in 1996 based in the province of Treviso. Specializing in lamps, objects and small furnishings, their products are simple and intelligent, easy to use on a daily basis but driven by ingenious logic. At ease even with cheap materials such as plastic, they have a characteristic that is now rare in the world of design: they are in fact capable of creating popular products that are also accessible to the general public, without sacrificing anything in design quality. They have worked with brands such as Artemide, Luceplan, Lodes, Pallucco, Stilnovo and Vistosi in the lighting field but also with Pedrali, Calligaris, Cattelan Italia, Varaschin, Emu, Lapalma and many others in the furniture sector. There is also a long and fruitful collaboration with the Guzzini brand for table accessories. They are also active as architects, with a particular focus on exhibition stands. They have been awarded the Red Dot Design Award three times (2012, 2015, 2017).
