The Chester sofa collection by Poltrona Frau includes numerous proposals for the living and sleeping space, with elements of extreme taste that refer to the classic model of Edwardian England, later taken up by Renzo Frau in the first catalog. Today this upholstery has not lost its touch, and lends itself well to furnishings with a heterogeneous style. It is distinguished by the plissé of the armrests that close the rich capitonné workmanship of the mantle, done entirely by hand for each model. Inside Chester has a suspension obtained with biconical steel springs, positioned by hand and fixed to jute straps on a beech structure.
