The structure of Ori is the result of precise cabinetmaking, with carefully crafted joints and finishes of exceptional beauty. The backrest becomes a tactile ribbon that curves to form the armrests, seamlessly combining visual appeal with the ergonomic qualities of the structure. The seat features elastic webbing designed to provide remarkable comfort, comparable to that of an armchair, while maintaining a lighter and more versatile character. For the seat, Rimadesio offers two distinct interpretations: the first with an upholstered, covered cushion, and the second featuring a distinctive woven cord design.

Giuseppe Bavuso (1959-) is an appreciated Italian architect and designer. One of his main characteristics is his meticulous technical expertise, combined with a sober aesthetic and a strong focus on the use of materials, which allow him to successfully compete with projects of great complexity. Bavuso's design does not neglect elegance, but he also knows how to highlight the performance and durability of the product. His name is particularly linked to that of the Rimadesio brand, with which he has collaborated since 1986 and for which he is responsible for the design of the entire collection. The Rimadesio-Giuseppe Bavuso combination represents one of the most significant synergies between designer and company in the entire panorama of contemporary design. This has allowed the brand to broaden its horizons, becoming a market leader also in the door sector, as well as starting a path of impetuous international growth that has not yet ended.
