Salvioni Lugano | The new window of Amini

Salvioni Lugano renews its window display through a new collaboration with Amini, the historic brand renowned for its high-end rugs.

Just a short walk from the centre of Lugano, the showroom presents a setting in which Amini rugs become design elements in their own right, expressing the quality of their design and the refined yarns that form their structure.

The selected pieces are intended to showcase the Amini collection, offering a 360° overview of the brand’s aesthetic and the diverse possibilities it provides across different interiors and design projects.

The selection includes several pieces designed by Gio Ponti, such as the Sorrento, Riflessi, Utopia and Diamantina rugs. Also noteworthy are Macchine Inutili, created by Bruno Munari, and the Maze rug by Fede Cheti, both imbued with a distinctive visual appeal that perfectly conveys the brand’s style.

Finally, special mention should be made of the two captivating rugs designed by Roberto Gabetti and Aimaro Isola: Tapiorso and Tapipardo, respectively. Their designs merge art and decoration into a single, remarkable composition.
