Fuorisalone 2025 | The novelties of Salvioni Design Solutions

On the occasion of the Milan Design Week, Salvioni Design Solutions renews its aesthetics, by presenting a showroom full of innovations and exceptional partners, whose contribution emerges in the creation of a common narrative.

Protagonist of the scene is obviously Salvioni Milano Durini, starting point and final destination of an aesthetic that lives and renews itself year after year, by creating an increasingly evident and personal narrative. No less important, however, are the partners who, once again, have chosen to join this narrative, giving voice to their own expressiveness. With ‘Endless Frames’, Salvioni Design Solutions aims at expressing precisely this concept: the fusion of several perspectives that, starting from different points of view, collide into a single clear and compelling solution, made up of nuances and subtle references that the eye catches, develops, and finally, summarizes into a true multi-layered inspiration.

The store window designed by de Sede | Studio LYS

The first major player of this ‘polyphonic concert’ is the de Sede brand, which, on the occasion of its 60th anniversary, has chosen to enrich the Salvioni Milano Durini showroom window with two of its most iconic pieces: the DS-600 SNAKE sofa and the DS-909 FLOW sofa.

Studio LYS designs this project. The inspiration derives from the 1970s and follows the aesthetic sign of Archizoom and Superstudio, offering the visitor mirrored walls capable of generating the illusion of an infinite space within which the loops of the chosen upholstered pieces wind as far as the eye can see in a labyrinthine play of reflections. The shades presented are also exquisitely inspired by the taste of the 1970s to create a perfectly themed installation.

Partners in the project are Oluce for the lighting and Roberto Molteni Soft Decoration for the curtains, essential contributions to an evocative atmosphere throughout.

Lounge area with Emmemobili | Adele Martelli

The second great innovation of this Milan Design Week 2025 features the hospitality theme. Creating made-to measure spaces for high-value environments has always been a leitmotiv of the Salvioni group, but here, more than ever, it has been highlighted the ability to enhance and structure the catering sphere, where taste is intertwined with necessity in a similar but different way compared to home furnishing. A sophisticated set-up has therefore been arranged for the showroom’s basement, which has become a lounge area where taking a break and carving out a few moments for conversation.

Partner in this new set-up is Emmemobili to whom we owe the creation of ad hoc elements signed by the art director Adele Martelli, expressly designed to configure an organic and coherent environment.

A meticulous research into materials and nuances was also carried out by Roberto Molteni Soft Decoration in order to match the furnishing proposals with coordinated and highly refined textile elements. The rugs used in this space belong to two distinct brands: Gallura, specialised in the production of strongly handcrafted yarns, whose processing method is rooted in the lands of Sardinia, and Terlago, a young brand of handmade rugs made from natural materials.

“La Terrazza sul Lago” of Unopiù | Matteo Thun and Benedetto Fasciana

Even the terraces reserve surprises. Always an integral part of the via Durini showroom, during this Milan Design Week 2025, they have been enriched by the permanent partnership with Unopiù and the new Salò outdoor furniture collection, designed by Matteo Thun and Benedetto Fasciana. In an interplay of warm shades and natural elements, the installation ‘La Terrazza sul Lago’, jointly curated by the two designers, presents itself as a small green oasis far from the metropolitan chaos.

The distinctly Mediterranean tinge of this new collection is framed by lighting elements by Panzeri and various decorative objects supplied by Acqua di Parma. Overall, ‘La Terrazza sul Lago’ celebrates the outdoor passion by projecting it into a lake setting, less salty than the maritime one, but equally refined.

Salvioni Milano Durini | News

The showroom in via Durini has been renewed and redefined this year with the best design furniture brands as protagonists: each floor has changed its name and style, altering many of its dynamics to present itself with an entirely new look.

Each of them has benefited from the contribution of Roberto Molteni Soft Decoration, a brand specialised in textile furnishings and wall coverings, including curtains, bed linens and cushions. He is also responsible for the numerous wallpapers applied within the various showroom layouts, with the sole exception of the third floor, enriched by Wall/Pepper®’s exquisite wallpapers.

No less important is the selection of artworks belonging to various contemporary artists provided by the art and design hub 6499 Milano. The different works are located on each floor in a range of declinations including statues, paintings, engravings and much more. The array has taken into account the joint language adopted by Salvioni Design Solutions and the many partners present to create a unique and beautifully bonding narrative among colour, style and design.

The lighting on the first floor has been provided by Oluce. On the second and third floors, the selection is by Catellani&Smith. On the top floor, Panzeri stands out with its various catalogue proposals. On the basement floor, a multi-brand assortment of lamps has been placed to enhance the variety of products available within the Salvioni Design Solutions network.
