La Permanente Mobili Cantù
PK65 Wing Lounge Chair
An iconic piece of seating that embodies the taste and style of Scandinavian design, designed by Peter Karpf in 1965. The PK65 Wing Lounge Chair was presented at the sixth edition of the prestigious Selettiva exhibition, immediately standing out for its sculptural, minimalist three-legged structure, crafted from curved birch wood. The technique employed represented an advanced experiment in plywood bending. The backrest features leather detailing, complementing the seat and backrest, both upholstered in high-quality leather. The re-edition promoted by the La Permanente Mobili Cantù consortium preserves the original design’s distinctive taste and style, remaining faithful to the spirit of the original model.
