Torii is an armchair whose strong inspiration from the Japanese world translates into rounded volumes and light thicknesses dominated by a formal simplicity that is difficult to match. The Torii family includes numerous sofas with low or high backs according to taste, linear or rounded at the armrests, and inclined with a combination of different depths. No less relevant are the lounge and dining armchairs and armchairs accompanied by poufs, low tables and consoles. The Toori armchair is available both in the Small version and in the Toori Nest with a woven backrest in leather and a design inspired by Vienna straw. The characteristic backrest wraps and harmonizes the entire structure, creating a solid focal point of extreme beauty and comfort.

Minotti was born in 1948 from an intuition of Alberto Minotti. The original artisan dimension of the company changes soon and, starting from the Sixties, assumes industrial personality and dimensions. The next step is due to the children, Renato and Roberto Minotti who, after the untimely death of their father in 1991, take the reins of the company and begin a process of growth and expansion towards international markets. Responsible for the company's strategies, the Minotti brothers share the creative line and the aesthetic principles of the products with the architect Rodolfo Dordoni, who in 1998 was appointed Artistic Director. The concept that best represents Minotti is certainly the ability to innovate in the sign of continuity. Key formula of Minotti identity is the full expression of the concept of "Made in Italy", which today combines tradition and technology in an indissoluble way: the knowledge of the artisans refines a product born from the most modern technologies, while the intelligence of the hands offers sensitivity and emotion to industrial precision.Read more
Nendo is the name of the architecture and design studio founded and led by the Japanese Oki Sato (1977-), which has gained great fame over the years as a real “cult designer”. Emblem of contemporary Japanese design, of which it represents the most prominent name, Nendo is guided by a rigorous and poetic minimalism, but at the same time unexpectedly elegant. The Japanese term "Nendo" indicates clay, and the choice of this name reveals the design flexibility of the studio, which is active in many different sectors such as graphics, product design, interior design and the creation of conceptual installations. The studio has two offices: one in Tokyo and the other in Milan, the world capital of the design sector. He has collaborated with several major international design companies, always in the sign of his peculiar rarefied and stylistically flawless poetics: Cappellini, Minotti, De Padova, Glas Italia, Alias, Flos, Desalto, Moroso, Driade and many others.Read more
