Salvioni Milano Durini | Fourth Floor | Smoky Ash

“Smoky Ash”, the atmosphere of the fourth floor, is inspired by a relaxed yet sophisticated way of living, with furnishings in soft tones and light materials that coexist in harmony without weighing down the space. Wallpapers and curtains interrupt this continuity, standing out with more pronounced tones and geometries.

Upon entering, one is welcomed by a sleeping area by Flou, featuring the Nathalie bed and Foglio bedside tables, coordinated with the Geoluxe wardrobe by Erba with sliding doors. An elegant geometric-pattern wallpaper by Roberto Molteni Soft Decoration encloses this warm and reassuring night area.

Further on, a spacious living area opens up, divided into two distinct conceptual settings: the first, dominated by the large Treflo table by Cassina, surrounded by Platner armchairs by Knoll and complemented by the Rialto Fly sideboard by Riva 1920, is dedicated to conviviality and dining; the second focuses more on relaxation, featuring two Soho sofas by Giorgetti. At the center, two coffee tables by Glas Italia and Fiam create a focal point enhanced by the Wind bookcase by Rimadesio. Last but not least, the Elite rug by Illulian further softens the atmosphere, adding a touch of refined sophistication.

Crucial to this space is the lighting, entrusted to Panzeri, Oluce, and Tato. The timeless Atollo and Luna Orizzontale create a warm and emotional atmosphere, enhanced by the addition of standalone pieces such as the Eclisse by Artemide. On the occasion of the Salone del Mobile, the lighting brand Sans Souci presents an installation of Flamenco, a key element of its custom offerings, here reinterpreted in a highly evocative luminous configuration. Like a sudden, sweeping breeze, small glass petals suspended from the ceiling chase each other through the room, passing above the table and the two sofas before escaping toward the window, filling the space with sparkling flashes.

In the adjacent area, the two bathrooms by antoniolupi feature wallpapers by Roberto Molteni Soft Decoration, placed in perfect harmony with the colors and tones of the spaces. In the connecting corridor, the Liquefy console by Glas Italia and the highly original La Cima coat rack by Opinion Ciatti stand out.

Among the many furnishings on display, the works from the art and design hub 6499 Milano stand out, featuring Sabrina Ferrari, Giuseppe Amadio, Giorgio Tentolini, Gualtiero Redivo, Helidon Xhixha, and Andrea De Luca—high-level artists whose works helped enrich the spaces of Via Durini with taste and quality.
