Salvioni Milano Durini | Ground Floor | Vanilla Shades

Vanilla Shades is an open and airy space that overlooks the prestigious Via Durini and allows the visitor to access the numerous areas in which the concept store is divided both upwards and downwards.

For this Fuorisalone2024 the window area was completely dedicated to the Schiffini kitchen brand and to the display designed by Toan Nguyen who, with the new version of the historic “Cinqueterre” kitchen by Vico Magistretti, relaunches the brand and gives it new life by integrating it into the panorama current design. The installation unfolds in two different environments, guiding the visitor to the innermost area of the store where the offices are located, embellished with 3D fabric wallpapers by Roberto Molteni, flanked by two walls in Monolite marble.

The lighting of the surfaces is handled by Oluce, a high-end brand and leader in the lighting sector which has been able to create unique atmospheres, giving prestige to Schiffini’s ambitious project with a clever play of reflections and chiaroscuro.

The sensorial journey orchestrated by the collaboration between Baobab Collection and Salvioni manifests itself here thanks to the elegant Sand Siloli, Sand Atacama, Sand Sonora candles correlated by Totem diffusers.

The close collaboration with the 6499Milano art and design hub has led to the hosting of some extremely valuable works of art on this floor, including a photograph by Veronica Gaido, a painting by Antonella Magliozzi and a sculpture by Sabrina Ferrari. No less interesting are the paintings by Alessandro Gretter and Antonella Megliozzi, two important prominent elements that embellish the environment as a whole.
