Ca’ del Lario

“Ca’ del Lario” is a residential complex located at the foot of Mount Resegone, within an area of the city of Lecco undergoing urban regeneration. The project was conceived with the aim of enhancing the surrounding urban context, creating a refined and high-quality residential alternative both for local residents and for those wishing to settle in the area, while benefiting from its strategic location.

The site was originally occupied by the historic Lecchese company Scatolificio Pagani, which was demolished to make way for this collection of residential buildings designed in harmony with the surrounding landscape and developed with a strong focus on sustainability.

Each residential building has been designed to offer a variety of housing solutions, differing in both layout and size, thus allowing residents to choose the option best suited to their needs and preferences. Salvioni Design Solutions takes part in this ambitious project as the exclusive partner for wardrobes and kitchens, conceived to provide complete customization and progressively higher levels of quality.

For the wardrobes, Salvioni selected proposals from the catalog of the Erba brand, choosing the “Lineauno Light” collection as the starting point for a wide range of elements customizable in every detail.

For the kitchens, the chosen brand was Cesar, featured through the “Maxima 2.2” collection. Here as well, clients are given maximum freedom in selecting finishes, colors, and appliances, allowing them to create a fully bespoke solution tailored to their needs.

In addition, Salvioni Design Solutions offers a further interior design service, positioning itself as a single point of contact for the complete furnishing of interiors — a role made possible by the wide selection of design brands with which it collaborates.

Thanks to a highly qualified team of architects and interior designers, the company is able to identify each client’s needs and develop a comprehensive 360-degree project for every room in the home, from the living area to the bedroom, without overlooking bathrooms, children’s rooms, and home offices.
