Ca’ Bianca
Ca’ Bianca is a comprehensive interior design project curated by Salvioni Design Solutions as part of the broader residential development “Ca’ del Lario.” This major urban regeneration project comes to life in the heart of the city of Lecco, on a site formerly occupied by a commercial building whose demolition laid the foundations for the creation of a new residential environment.
The newly constructed residential buildings were designed with a focus on environmental sustainability and harmony with the surrounding landscape. The chosen architectural style is contemporary, yet it makes use of wood finishes and glass transparency to lighten the structure and flood the interiors with natural light. In the same way, the furnishing choices made for the Ca’ Bianca apartment reflect this context, embracing a minimalist aesthetic enriched by fine marble and premium fabrics.
The Cesar kitchen, featuring a white finish and stone countertop, was selected in harmony with the other finishes throughout the space. The darker Erba wardrobes, on the other hand, create a calmer and more relaxing atmosphere within the sleeping area, establishing a distinct “climatic” contrast between the two environments.
