Salvioni Milano Durini | -1 Floor | Pearl Haze

The basement level, “Pearl Haze,” reflects a return to softer, more delicate tastes, evident in the walls that shift once again toward pearl-inspired tones. Access to this space is through a green wall by Sundar, a true example of an indoor vertical garden set within the Via Durini showroom.

Descending the stairs, one is immediately welcomed by an elegant lounge area orchestrated in collaboration with Emmemobili, featuring bespoke elements created specifically for Salvioni Design Solutions, complemented by oriental-toned wallpaper by Roberto Molteni Soft Decoration. The contrast is bold and intentional, designed to highlight the warm finishes of the upholstered pieces and the marble bar.

Moving inward, the space transforms into a multi-layered living area. The first zone is dominated by the generous Joan sofa by Poliform in a dove-grey finish, accompanied by two Dudet armchairs by Cassina and Sengu coffee tables, all illuminated by the Glo pendant lamp by Penta.

Lighting plays a central role throughout the basement, with numerous pieces by Oluce and Nemo Lighting joining Penta to create a true theater of luminous inspirations. Every corner becomes an opportunity to appreciate the style and identity of these outstanding brands.

A Poliform TV wall, the Oltralpe sideboard by Glas Italia, the Sunset coffee table by De Castelli, and the essential RD Grid round rug by Amini complete the living area, offering a cohesive and refined solution.

More dining-oriented, the adjacent space stands out for the presence of the Kauri Art table by Riva 1920, a timeless example of craftsmanship and natural beauty. This statement piece is paired with CC Light bookcases by Natevo and the Inari console by Living Divani in a dark finish. The sculptural elegance of the setting is further enhanced by the Sophie Lite chairs by Poliform.

Once again, the wooden boiserie by Giacobazzi guides visitors from one corner to another, passing a vanity by Porada and leading to the spacious sleeping area, dominated by wardrobes and storage systems by Erba. Warm, relaxing finishes harmonize perfectly with the tones of the Gregory bed by Flexform, featuring tobacco-colored leather straps—an atmosphere further enriched by wallpapers from Roberto Molteni Soft Decoration and WallPepper with natural motifs.

A pair of Nightbloom lamps by Lladró guides visitors to the final corner dedicated to the bathroom, furnished by Ceramica Luce in dark tones.

A final note of distinction is given by the Pacha armchair by Gubi and the Egg Chair by Fritz Hansen, upholstered in the same finish as the bed—forming an unmatched duo.

The art and design hub 6499 Milano provided selected works from its catalogue to enrich and bring distinction to the spaces of Via Durini. Internationally acclaimed artists therefore find their place within the installations, including Andy Warhol, Antoine Robin, Andrea De Luca, and Helidon Xhixha.
